Your login details are safe — by design
Your login details are encrypted the instant you submit them (AES-256-GCM) and are stored only in encrypted form. They are decrypted only inside an isolated, automated worker for the few seconds it takes to fetch your report, then discarded from memory. They are never written to logs, never shown on any screen, and no person — including us — can view them. You can delete them permanently at any time with one click.
We also store no case data: your report is created and delivered in the same moment, and only delivery bookkeeping remains on our side.
CaseWatch started as a script I wrote to watch my own family's case, because refreshing the portal fourteen times a day was driving us mad. Designed, built and run in South Africa.
FAQ
Can you speed up my case?
No. We only show you what the portal shows — sooner and automatically. Nobody can speed up your case, and you should not pay anyone who claims otherwise.
What does it cost?
R50 per month, billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and cancelling also deletes your MyCase login details immediately.
Is my MyCase password safe with you?
It is encrypted the moment you submit it and can only be used by an isolated automated system — never viewed by a person, including us. You can permanently delete it with one click, whenever you want.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. Cancelling stops reports and deletes your MyCase login details immediately. “Delete everything now” additionally erases your email, phone, and history — instantly and permanently.

No — we are an independent notification service, not connected to RSC Africa, CWS, or the US Refugee Admissions Program.
